Services
Cybrworld AI Advisory provides cybersecurity advisory services including AI governance assessments, data security advisory, AI policy development, vendor risk management, and related consulting services ("Services"). Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual statements of work or service agreements signed between Cybrworld AI Advisory and the client.
Free Consultations
The free 30-minute AI Risk Briefing is offered at our discretion and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or discontinue free consultations at any time. The briefing is an introductory conversation and does not constitute a formal advisory engagement or create any legal obligations on either party.
Paid Services and Payments
Paid services (including the AI Risk Scorecard and all assessment and advisory packages) are subject to separate written agreements. Payment terms are as specified in those agreements. All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments processed through Stripe are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.
Refund requests for paid services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The AI Risk Scorecard ($750) is non-refundable once delivery has commenced.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Cybrworld AI Advisory and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Deliverables produced for clients as part of a paid engagement are governed by the intellectual property terms in the applicable service agreement. Generally, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal purposes; Cybrworld AI Advisory retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks and methodologies.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law or with the client's permission. Any mutual non-disclosure agreement executed between Cybrworld AI Advisory and a client supersedes this general provision.
No Guarantee of Results
Cybersecurity advisory services are professional services, not guarantees. While we provide our best professional judgment, Cybrworld AI Advisory does not guarantee that following our recommendations will prevent security incidents, satisfy regulatory requirements, or achieve any specific outcome. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations remains the responsibility of the client.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybrworld AI Advisory's total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim. In no event shall Cybrworld AI Advisory be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
